- After 24 Hours: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, you may initiate a return or exchange upon receiving the item (subject to our Return Policy).
- Custom & Personalized Orders: Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has started.
2. Refund Policy
If youβre not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds:
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
β Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (with tags and packaging intact).
β Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
β Not be listed under our Non-Refundable Items section.
Refund Process:
- Initiate a Return: Email us with your order details and reason for return.
- Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Inspection & Approval: We will inspect the returned item and notify you of approval or rejection.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:

3. Exchange Policy
Want a different size, color, or model? No problem!
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchange Process:
- Contact Us: Email us with your order number and exchange request.
- Return the Item: Ship it back to us (shipping costs apply unless we made an error).
- Receive Your Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the new item. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Contact Us: Email or with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

- A full refund if the item is significantly defective.
- A replacement if stock is available.
- A partial refund if you choose to keep the item despite minor issues.
Exceptions:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party couriers after delivery.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund:

6. Important Notes
π Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges take 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
π Bank Processing Time: Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
π Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
