1. Ordering & Payment
- All products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you.
- You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately for any changes.
- Payments must be made at checkout using major credit/debit cards through secure payment gateways.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer standard shipping with costs calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days. Actual delivery may vary depending on location and courier service.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
- Delays: If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Comfort Summer is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
3. Returns & Exchanges (7 Days Policy)
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
✅ It must be returned in its original packaging.
✅ Items must not fall under our Non-Returnable Items category (see below).
✅ Video proof is required for returns due to damage or defects.
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- Provide Video Proof: If the item is damaged or defective, send a clear unboxing video for verification.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days (shipping fees are not refundable).
Exchanges
- Subject to availability—If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
- Follow the return process, and once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchange item.
4. Order Cancellation (Within 12 Hours)
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Contact us immediately with your order details.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after receiving it.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
