Return and Exchange Policy


At Comfort Summer, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for details on ordering, payments, shipping, cancellations, and returns.

1. Ordering & Payment

  • All products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately for any changes.
  • Payments must be made at checkout using major credit/debit cards through secure payment gateways.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer standard shipping with costs calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days. Actual delivery may vary depending on location and courier service.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • Delays: If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Comfort Summer is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

3. Returns & Exchanges (7 Days Policy)

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

✅ It must be returned in its original packaging.

✅ Items must not fall under our Non-Returnable Items category (see below).

✅ Video proof is required for returns due to damage or defects.

Return Process
  1. Request Authorization: Contact us  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Provide Video Proof: If the item is damaged or defective, send a clear unboxing video for verification.
  3. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days (shipping fees are not refundable).
Exchanges
  • Subject to availability—If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
  • Follow the return process, and once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchange item.

4. Order Cancellation (Within 12 Hours)

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Contact us immediately with your order details.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after receiving it.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

❌ Final sale or clearance items

❌ Gift cards or store credits

❌ Used or worn items

❌ Products without original packaging or tags
